Die Eier zuf\u00fcgen und die Masse ca. 2 Minuten schlagen.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemahlene Mandeln mit den gemahlenen Haseln\u00fcssen, Zimt, Backpulver sowie Guarkernmehl mischen und unter den Teig r\u00fchren. Die Apfelst\u00fccke unterheben, den Teig in die gefettete Springform f\u00fcllen und f\u00fcr 40 Minuten in den vorgeheizten Backofen geben. <br> <br>Nach der Backzeit die St\u00e4bchenprobe durchf\u00fchren und den Kuchen in der Form auf einem Gitterrost ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
