Mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen und 10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. <br> <br>Dann die zerschnittenen Mangoldbl\u00e4tter sowie die Sahne und Kokosmilch dazugeben und alles 10 weitere Minuten bei gleicher Temperatur simmern lassen.
