Nach Belieben mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br> <br>Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und fein hacken. Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und ebenfalls fein hacken. Die Eier pellen, grob hacken und zur Seite stellen. <br> <br>Den Joghurt mit Petersilie, Knoblauch, Zitronensaft, geriebener -schale und Senf zu einer Sauce verr\u00fchren.
